PAYMENT POLICY

Insufficient Funds:

 

There will be a $35.00 returned fee for all returned checks, plus the amount to cover the check. This payment must be paid in Certified funds ( Cash, Cashier check, or money order), credit card or Paypal

All payments moving forward must be in certified funds.

 

 

Refunds And Cancellation:

 

Any Customer that enter into agreement with Bears Transportation, has a 7 day cancellation notices and there is a 25% service charge on ALL cancellation 

 

 

Payment Agreement:

 

Weekly fee payment MUST be paid on Friday, prior to service being rendered. Service will not be rendered on Monday without payment. 

 

 

Holiday Break Payment:

Fee for holiday break is $50.00 weekly rate per week, first week payment due before holiday break to maintain your child's space.

 

Fee for Spring break is 1/2 weekly rate, payment due before Spring break to maintain your child's space.
